After a 4 year absence the LSSGS St Andrew’s Day event made a welcome return. The event was held at Clandon Regis GC.
A good day was had by all, the day culminated in a superb lunch with haggis, neeps and tatties followed by cranachan.
The haggis was suppled by McCaskie Butchers of Wemyss Bay – www.mccaskiebutcher.co.uk. The haggis was piped in by Ron Paterson who also gave the traditional address. Andrew Fox gave a superlative recital of Tam O’Shanter.

Winners – Chris Finden-Browne and Toby Chandler – Clandon’s Finest with 43 points
Runners up – Stewart Clements and Marc Daniel – Saint Vincent’s with 42 points
